Anita Kishore is the Founder & CEO of Access to Opportunity Consulting. A Yale-trained chemist, she specializes in coaching high IQ executives who want to lean into their EQ to become better leaders.
A former scientist & management consultant, Anita brings an open, honest and direct approach from her international experience consulting and coaching diverse clients across many industries. Anita coaches senior executives, government leaders, and underrepresented leaders. Anita is also an Instructor in Leadership at NYU, iCoachGlobal, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Prior to coaching, Anita worked in global pharmaceuticals and generics at Pfizer (HQ) and Sandoz (International & USA).
Anita uses strategic thinking, relationship-building, and a structured approach to problem-solving to help her clients pilot new approaches to their leadership mindset and behaviors. Anita’s superpower is being a straight shooter with deep empathy.

Anita completed training in Executive Coaching with iCoach Global and holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is certified in Hogan Assessment Suites, EQ-i2.0 Emotional Quotient Inventory, the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP 360), and MBTI. Anita has completed additional training in DISC, Immunity to Change, and Designing Dynamic Experiences. She is completing the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP).
Based in New York City, Anita is the daughter of south Indian immigrants and was raised in rural Kansas. She brings an international flair from living on three continents. Anita holds degrees in chemistry from Yale University (BS), the University of Melbourne (MSc, with honors), and the University of Georgia (PhD). Anita also holds an MPA from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service.
