Executive Coaching

We deliver 1:1 coaching to academic deans, department heads, and senior directors through C-suite clients to develop their full, leadership potential. Organizations served include federal government, universities, leading nonprofits, and small-to-midsize private companies. Packages include 1:1 coaching, 360 evaluation, 3-way alignment with manager or sponsor, and other assessment(s).

Leadership Development

We design and deliver customized programs targeted toward clients' needs. Sample programs include Emotional Intelligence for Analytical Types, Leading through Uncertainty, and Leading Change.

Mindfulness

We offer group mindfulness sessions. Sessions include a talk on mindfulness, guided meditation, and Q & A.  Mindfulness for People who Think Too Much is the most requested session.
